LEM Global Family Office LLC is a private capital platform. We lend and co-invest from private multi-family-office capital, which means the money at the end of the process belongs to the people running it. Office in New York.
What this means in practice
The capital is ours to commit
We are not intermediating a transaction to a third-party lender and we are not raising capital against your deal after you have submitted it. Where a transaction is approved, the commitment is made from private capital already under our control.
You deal with the decision-makers
Transactions are assessed by the people who commit the capital. There is no relationship manager translating your case for someone you never meet.
Answers come early
We aim to establish suitability before you have spent money on it. If a transaction is outside our parameters, we tell you at the first stage and explain why.
Confidentiality is standard
Transaction details, counterparty identity and size are treated as confidential without exception, including in our own materials. Mutual non-disclosure is available on request before any information is exchanged.
Capital partners
Deploying capital rather than seeking it.
A separate conversation applies to family offices, private investment vehicles and institutions that wish to participate alongside us rather than borrow from us. Participation is on a transaction-by-transaction basis, under a mutual non-disclosure agreement, with the same underwriting file we rely on ourselves.
